Part number H1.9X3.4 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 3.4 mm (0.134 in), a cross section of 1.9 mm (0.075 in), and an outside diameter of 7.2 mm (0.28 in). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. Expect good resistance to many alcohols, petroleum-based oils, and propane and butane. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones or strong acids.
