H70346 is an AS568-346 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 4.1 in (104.14 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.52 in (114.81 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is known for an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs and low compression set under sustained load. The material holds up against greases and lubricants, petroleum-based oils, and water. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to strong acids or automotive brake fluid will shorten service life.
