SH70354 is an AS568-354 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.1 in (129.54 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.52 in (140.21 mm). In service, this quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is known for an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs, strong abrasion and tear resistance. This material stands up to many alcohols, greases and lubricants, and hydraulic fluids. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C).
