APG stocks the H2.5X36, a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 36 mm (1.417 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 41 mm (1.61 in). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. It resists greases and lubricants, water, and petroleum-based oils. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C).
