2.4MM CS X 36.2MM ID BLACK BUNA 70D

H2.4X36.2 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 36.2 mm (1.425 in), a cross section of 2.4 mm (0.094 in), and an outside diameter of 41 mm (1.61 in). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

The compound resists many alcohols, propane and butane, and petroleum-based oils. Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs and the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to strong acids or automotive brake fluid will shorten service life.
