H3.53X42.86 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 42.86 mm (1.687 in), a cross section of 3.53 mm (0.139 in), and an outside diameter of 49.92 mm (1.97 in). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. Expect good resistance to many alcohols, propane and butane, and petroleum-based oils. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to polar solvents or strong acids will shorten service life.
