APG stocks the H1.78X4.76, a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 4.76 mm (0.187 in), a cross section of 1.78 mm (0.07 in), and an outside diameter of 8.32 mm (0.33 in). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to hydraulic fluids, petroleum-based oils, and water. Buna-N (Nitrile) offers reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Verify compatibility before use with strong acids or ketones.
