H3.5X50 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 50 mm (1.969 in), a cross section of 3.5 mm (0.138 in), and an outside diameter of 57 mm (2.24 in). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The compound resists greases and lubricants, many alcohols, and hydraulic fluids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is widely chosen for strong abrasion and tear resistance, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer.
