Ordered as H1.9X6.4, this is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 6.4 mm (0.252 in), a cross section of 1.9 mm (0.075 in), and an outside diameter of 10.2 mm (0.4 in). The o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The material holds up against greases and lubricants, petroleum-based oils, and propane and butane. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is widely chosen for low compression set under sustained load and the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in polar solvents or ketones.
