Ordered as H2.5X79, this is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 79 mm (3.11 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 84 mm (3.31 in). The o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Expect good resistance to hydraulic fluids, greases and lubricants, and propane and butane. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where polar solvents or ketones are present.
