Ordered as H2.5X82, this is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 82 mm (3.228 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 87 mm (3.43 in). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers low compression set under sustained load, strong abrasion and tear resistance. This material stands up to propane and butane, water, and many alcohols. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones or polar solvents.
