Part number H90009 is an AS568-009 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.208 in (5.28 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.348 in (8.84 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, strong abrasion and tear resistance. The material holds up against water, many alcohols, and hydraulic fluids. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where ketones or polar solvents are present.
