APG stocks the H90901, an AS568-901 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.185 in (4.7 mm), a cross section of 0.056 in (1.42 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.297 in (7.54 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against propane and butane, many alcohols, and petroleum-based oils. Buna-N (Nitrile) offers low compression set under sustained load and the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to ozone and direct sunlight or ketones will shorten service life.
