Part number H90908 is an AS568-908 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.644 in (16.36 mm), a cross section of 0.087 in (2.21 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.818 in (20.78 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

This material stands up to greases and lubricants, propane and butane, and water. Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for low compression set under sustained load, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where automotive brake fluid or strong acids are present.
