Ordered as H90223, this is an AS568-223 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.609 in (40.87 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.887 in (47.93 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, low compression set under sustained load. It resists water, hydraulic fluids, and many alcohols. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in polar solvents or ozone and direct sunlight.
