Ordered as H90M1.6X25.1, this is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 25.1 mm (0.988 in), a cross section of 1.6 mm (0.063 in), and an outside diameter of 28.3 mm (1.11 in). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

It resists many alcohols, propane and butane, and greases and lubricants. Buna-N (Nitrile) offers the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to polar solvents or ketones will shorten service life.
