-261 BLACK BUNA 90D O-RING

H90261 is an AS568-261 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 6.734 in (171.04 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.012 in (178.1 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for low compression set under sustained load and the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. The material holds up against greases and lubricants, water, and petroleum-based oils. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. Exposure to strong acids or ketones will shorten service life.
