The H90M2.4X30.3 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 30.3 mm (1.193 in), a cross section of 2.4 mm (0.094 in), and an outside diameter of 35.1 mm (1.38 in). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

It resists hydraulic fluids, propane and butane, and many alcohols. Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Applications involving ozone and direct sunlight or polar solvents call for a different compound.
