The H90M2X55 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5 mm (0.197 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 9 mm (0.35 in). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The material holds up against many alcohols, hydraulic fluids, and water. Buna-N (Nitrile) is widely chosen for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to automotive brake fluid or ketones will shorten service life.
