H90M2X9 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 9 mm (0.354 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 13 mm (0.51 in). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for strong abrasion and tear resistance, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. This material stands up to greases and lubricants, petroleum-based oils, and propane and butane. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in automotive brake fluid or strong acids.

It sees regular use in general industrial maintenance, agricultural equipment, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
