APG stocks the NU6226-52, a Buna-N (Nitrile) U-Cup U-Cup Seal with a 1-1/8 inch inside diameter, a 1-1/2 inch outside diameter, and a height of 3/16 inch. An u-cup seal seals more effectively as system pressure increases, without added squeeze at rest.

The compound resists water, many alcohols, and greases and lubricants. Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, strong abrasion and tear resistance. It should not be specified for service in automotive brake fluid or ketones.

It sees regular use in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, fluid power, and general industrial maintenance.
