APG stocks the TFE019, an AS568-019 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.801 in (20.35 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.941 in (23.9 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

PTFE (Teflon) is specified here for non-stick, non-contaminating surface characteristics and near-universal chemical inertness. The material holds up against solvents, oxidizing media, and strong acids and bases. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 500°F (260°C). It should not be specified for service in molten alkali metals or elemental fluorine at temperature.
