TFE020 is an AS568-020 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.864 in (21.95 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.004 in (25.5 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

PTFE (Teflon) is specified here for excellent dielectric properties and near-universal chemical inertness. Expect good resistance to nearly all industrial chemicals, solvents, and oxidizing media. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 500°F (260°C).

It sees regular use in food and beverage, laboratory equipment, and chemical processing.
