TFE034 is an AS568-034 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.114 in (53.7 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.254 in (57.25 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

PTFE (Teflon) delivers one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid and near-universal chemical inertness. The compound resists steam, strong acids and bases, and solvents. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 500°F (260°C). Applications involving molten alkali metals or service requiring elastic recovery call for a different compound.
