568-110 PTFE ORINGS FDA

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-110 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D measuring an inside diameter of 0.362 in (9.19 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.568 in (14.43 mm), catalogued under part number TFE110. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The material holds up against strong acids and bases, oxidizing media, and nearly all industrial chemicals. PTFE (Teflon) offers excellent dielectric properties and near-universal chemical inertness. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 500°F (260°C). Verify compatibility before use with service requiring elastic recovery or elemental fluorine at temperature.

It sees regular use in aggressive-media pipelines, chemical processing, and semiconductor fabrication.
