TFE113 is an AS568-113 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.549 in (13.94 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.755 in (19.18 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

PTFE (Teflon) is specified here for very wide continuous service temperature range and excellent dielectric properties. It resists nearly all industrial chemicals, strong acids and bases, and oxidizing media. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 500°F (260°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where elemental fluorine at temperature or molten alkali metals are present.
