Ordered as TFE121, this is an AS568-121 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.049 in (26.64 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.255 in (31.88 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The compound resists nearly all industrial chemicals, solvents, and oxidizing media. PTFE (Teflon) is valued for non-stick, non-contaminating surface characteristics and one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 500°F (260°C). Verify compatibility before use with service requiring elastic recovery or molten alkali metals.
