Part number TFE122 is an AS568-122 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.112 in (28.24 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.318 in (33.48 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

PTFE (Teflon) is valued for a very wide continuous service temperature range and non-stick, non-contaminating surface characteristics. Expect good resistance to strong acids and bases, steam, and solvents. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 500°F (260°C). It should not be specified for service in molten alkali metals or elemental fluorine at temperature.
