TFE133 is an AS568-133 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.799 in (45.69 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.005 in (50.93 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, PTFE (Teflon) is valued for non-stick, non-contaminating surface characteristics and near-universal chemical inertness. Expect good resistance to nearly all industrial chemicals, solvents, and oxidizing media. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 500°F (260°C). Exposure to elemental fluorine at temperature or service requiring elastic recovery will shorten service life.

Typical settings include aggressive-media pipelines, laboratory equipment, and pharmaceutical and biotech.
