Part number TFE152 is an AS568-152 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.237 in (82.22 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.443 in (87.45 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, PTFE (Teflon) is valued for near-universal chemical inertness and one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid. The material holds up against strong acids and bases, solvents, and oxidizing media. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 500°F (260°C) in continuous service.
