This o-ring is supplied in AS568-203 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D measuring an inside diameter of 0.296 in (7.52 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.574 in (14.58 mm), catalogued under part number TFE203. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, PTFE (Teflon) is known for near-universal chemical inertness and non-stick, non-contaminating surface characteristics. Expect good resistance to oxidizing media, strong acids and bases, and solvents. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 500°F (260°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in elemental fluorine at temperature or molten alkali metals.
