Ordered as TFE225, this is an AS568-225 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.859 in (47.22 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.137 in (54.28 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Expect good resistance to solvents, strong acids and bases, and steam. That behavior comes from the compound itself: PTFE (Teflon) is known for a very wide continuous service temperature range and near-universal chemical inertness. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 500°F (260°C). It should not be specified for service in elemental fluorine at temperature or service requiring elastic recovery.
