The TFE320 is an AS568-320 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.1 in (27.94 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.52 in (38.61 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

PTFE (Teflon) is specified here for one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid and very wide continuous service temperature range. The material holds up against strong acids and bases, nearly all industrial chemicals, and solvents. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 500°F (260°C) in continuous service. Verify compatibility before use with molten alkali metals or elemental fluorine at temperature.

It sees regular use in pharmaceutical and biotech, food and beverage, and semiconductor fabrication.
