APG stocks the TFE336, an AS568-336 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.85 in (72.39 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.27 in (83.06 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Expect good resistance to steam, nearly all industrial chemicals, and solvents. That behavior comes from the compound itself: PTFE (Teflon) is specified for a very wide continuous service temperature range and excellent dielectric properties.
