TFE348 is an AS568-348 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 4.35 in (110.49 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.77 in (121.16 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

PTFE (Teflon) is widely chosen for excellent dielectric properties and non-stick, non-contaminating surface characteristics. Expect good resistance to oxidizing media, solvents, and steam. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 500°F (260°C).
