APG stocks the TFE360, an AS568-360 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 5.85 in (148.59 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.27 in (159.26 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, PTFE (Teflon) is valued for excellent dielectric properties and non-stick, non-contaminating surface characteristics. It resists steam, strong acids and bases, and oxidizing media. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 500°F (260°C).
