This o-ring is supplied in AS568-375 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D measuring an inside diameter of 9.475 in (240.67 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.895 in (251.33 mm), catalogued under part number TFE375. It provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

PTFE (Teflon) is widely chosen for non-stick, non-contaminating surface characteristics and a very wide continuous service temperature range. The compound resists nearly all industrial chemicals, oxidizing media, and solvents. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 500°F (260°C).
