Part number TFE376 is an AS568-376 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring with an inside diameter of 9.725 in (247.02 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 10.145 in (257.68 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

It resists oxidizing media, steam, and solvents. That behavior comes from the compound itself: PTFE (Teflon) is specified for a very wide continuous service temperature range and non-stick, non-contaminating surface characteristics. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 500°F (260°C). Verify compatibility before use with elemental fluorine at temperature or service requiring elastic recovery.
