APG stocks the TFE912, an AS568-912 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.924 in (23.47 mm), a cross section of 0.116 in (2.95 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.156 in (29.36 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, PTFE (Teflon) offers near-universal chemical inertness and non-stick, non-contaminating surface characteristics. Expect good resistance to steam, strong acids and bases, and oxidizing media. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 500°F (260°C).
