QV70025 is an AS568-025 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.176 in (29.87 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.316 in (33.43 mm). In service, this quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) offers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Expect good resistance to engine and transmission fluids, petroleum oils and fuels, and chlorinated solvents. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or amines.

Typical settings include high-temperature process equipment, automotive fuel systems, and semiconductor equipment.
