Q-030 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

Ordered as QV70030, this is an AS568-030 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.614 in (41 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.754 in (44.55 mm). The quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

The material holds up against aggressive chemicals, chlorinated solvents, and many acids. Viton® (FKM) delivers the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.

Typical settings include oil and gas, aerospace, and high-temperature process equipment.
