QV70039 is an AS568-039 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.739 in (69.57 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.879 in (73.13 mm). In service, this quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for outstanding high-temperature capability, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The compound resists aggressive chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
