Q-107 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

APG stocks the QV70107, an AS568-107 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.206 in (5.23 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.412 in (10.46 mm). A quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

It resists aggressive chemicals, chlorinated solvents, and engine and transmission fluids. Viton® (FKM) is specified for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and outstanding high-temperature capability. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to hot water and steam or amines will shorten service life.

Typical settings include automotive fuel systems, chemical processing, and high-temperature process equipment.
