Q-167 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

QV70167 is an AS568-167 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 6.987 in (177.47 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.193 in (182.7 mm). In service, this quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

It resists chlorinated solvents, many acids, and petroleum oils and fuels. Viton® (FKM) delivers the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
