Part number QV70264 is an AS568-264 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 7.484 in (190.09 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.762 in (197.15 mm). A quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

Viton® (FKM) delivers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. It resists chlorinated solvents, engine and transmission fluids, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to amines or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in automotive fuel systems, high-temperature process equipment, and semiconductor equipment.
