Q-272 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

The QV70272 is an AS568-272 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 9.484 in (240.89 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.762 in (247.95 mm). This quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for very low compression set at elevated temperature and industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. It resists many acids, petroleum oils and fuels, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam.
