The QH70280 is an AS568-280 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 13.984 in (355.19 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 14.262 in (362.25 mm). This quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers strong abrasion and tear resistance, low compression set under sustained load. The compound resists propane and butane, greases and lubricants, and hydraulic fluids. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Applications involving polar solvents or ozone and direct sunlight call for a different compound.
