Ordered as QV70283, this is an AS568-283 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 16.955 in (430.66 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 17.233 in (437.72 mm). The quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments.
