Ordered as QH70310, this is an AS568-310 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.475 in (12.07 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.895 in (22.73 mm). The quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. This material stands up to water, hydraulic fluids, and propane and butane. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where strong acids or polar solvents are present.
