Ordered as QH70313, this is an AS568-313 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.662 in (16.81 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.082 in (27.48 mm). The quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers strong abrasion and tear resistance, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. The material holds up against petroleum-based oils, hydraulic fluids, and many alcohols. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in ketones or ozone and direct sunlight.
